I am 5'4 123lbs and normally wear a size 4. I have a 24-26" waist. I purchased this in a size small and it fits true to size. With a pair of 2-3" heels, the legs are enough to cover the heel without dragging on the floor. No alterations were needed. Such a beautiful jumpsuit and I love that I can remove the sash to switch with a belt of my choice.
